Meet Debbie, Your Finland Tour Planner

Hi, I’m Debbie!

Finland is a place where nature and culture flow together beautifully, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite destinations to design trips for. With 18 years in travel and 12 specializing in the Nordics, I’ve been drawn in by Finland’s enchanting mix of shimmering lakes, endless forests, cutting-edge design, and soulful traditions like sauna culture.

For me, travel planning is about listening first—understanding what excites you, then creating an itinerary that balances adventure with rest. In Finland, that might mean a reindeer sleigh ride under the northern lights, followed by a peaceful day on the water in Lakeland, or wandering Helsinki’s design district.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of two lively boys, and together we find joy in simple adventures—exploring the outdoors, taking photos, or finding beauty in the everyday light (something Finland does so magically, from the midnight sun to the winter glow).

I often remind myself of this quote: “The best journeys are the ones that change how you see the world—and yourself.”
